mso-fareast-language: JA;\">1\u00b0 <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: normal; font-size: 11pt; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold; mso-fareast-language: JA;\">Un minimum de 80 % de la longueur du rivage, par plage, et de 80 % de la surface de la plage, dans les limites communales, doit rester libre de tout \u00e9quipement et installation. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; mso-fareast-language: JA;\">Dans le cas d&rsquo;une plage artificielle, ces limites ne peuvent \u00eatre inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 50 %. La surface \u00e0 prendre en compte est la surface \u00e0 mi-mar\u00e9e.<\/span><\/em><\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt 17pt; text-indent: -17pt; tab-stops: 16.0pt 35.0pt 70.0pt 106.0pt 141.0pt 177.0pt 212.0pt 247.0pt 283.0pt 318.0pt 354.0pt 389.0pt 424.0pt 460.0pt 495.0pt 531.0pt 566.0pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-language: JA;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"margin: 12pt 0cm 3pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11pt; mso-fareast-language: JA;\"><em>2\u00b0 A l&rsquo;exception des installations sanitaires publiques et des postes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, lorsque ces derniers ne sont pas situ\u00e9s dans un espace remarquable au sens de l&rsquo;article L. 146-6 du code de l&rsquo;urbanisme, seuls sont permis sur une plage les \u00e9quipements et installations d\u00e9montables ou transportables, ne pr\u00e9sentant aucun \u00e9l\u00e9ment de nature \u00e0 les ancrer durablement au sol et dont l&rsquo;importance et le co\u00fbt sont compatibles avec la vocation du domaine et sa dur\u00e9e d&rsquo;occupation. Les \u00e9quipements et installations implant\u00e9s doivent \u00eatre con\u00e7us de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 permettre, en fin de concession, un retour du site \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat initial.
